Artist Studio space on the island Eiswerder in Spandau

I am looking for a person to share my beautiful artist studio with on the island Eiswerder. We would share the rent (total 677,00), everyone has 3.5 days. I'm an interdisciplinary performance artist, write, paint and rehearse in the studio, currently sharing it with a painter. There are many other artist on our floor, its managed by Raum für Kunst e.V.
