I am searching a new subtenant for the studio. The room is about 16 qm and good for singers or a small group of musicians for practicing instruments.

Costs: 7 hours a week practice, 130 euro (28h month)
We have a piano and a small kitchen.
The studio is close to Sbahn Pankow.
