Exchange apt in Milan

This flat is in Milan, Italy.
Looking for a flat in Berlin (elevator mandatory, max 600 warm), in exchange for my apartment in Milan, 6 metro stops from Duomo. Pictures are a bit messy, but will be of course emptied out.
Furniture can be taken over, including a bike.
Contract will be registered directly with my landlord.
